Estimated Timeline
Production: Approximately 4–8 weeks.
Free Shipping to USA: Sculptures require ocean freight (+~4 weeks transit). Delivery is unavailable to PO Box or APO addresses.
ETA: Mid-to-late September ETA is contingent upon timely design approval, shipping schedules and customs clearance. We are not responsible for any customs-related delays.
Progress Updates: At Pre-Production, you approved the design images/renderings. You received photo updates at Pre-Shipment (finished sculptures).

The 50% /35% /15% installment payment schedule applies exclusively to orders placed through our website.
Items will not be released for shipment until full final payment is received.
These works are personalized, made-to-order items. Accordingly, all payments are strictly non-refundable. Once confirmed, order cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, amended or returned under any circumstances.
