Custom Equine Sculpture & Bronze Base – 

Commission for Rockingham Grand Casino / Churchill Downs Inc. ("CDI" or the "Client")

PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS

• Equine Sculpture: Approximately 78″ H × 104″ L × 35″ W (excluding base). Hollow-cast bronze with internal structural reinforcement. Finish: Confirmed bronze patina.

• Bronze Base: Approximately 12″ H × 115″ L × 43″ W. Hollow-cast bronze with internal structural reinforcement. Finish: Darkened bronze patina,

• Total Assembled Height: Maximum 93″ (inclusive of sculpture and base fully attached).

• Assembly: The sculpture will be fabricated and shipped fully assembled as a single unit. The base includes pre-drilled anchor holes configured according to BCS Gallery’s structurally optimized layout.

PRICING

• Total Project Price: $96,500

• Inclusions: Confirmed sculptural design and renderings, custom fabrication, professional crating, ocean freight, shipping insurance, customs processing and brokerage, applicable import duties/tariffs, and curbside / loading-dock delivery to Rockingham Grand Casino (Salem, NH).

• Exclusions: Any applicable local, state, or municipal sales and use taxes.

LOGISTICS

• Delivery Destination: Rockingham Grand Casino, Salem, New Hampshire.

• Delivery Terms: Curbside / Loading Dock only.

• CDI and/or its designated general contractor assume full and sole responsibility for all on-site handling subsequent to delivery at the curbside/loading dock. This includes, but is not limited to, unloading (if not explicitly included in the agreed carrier service), rigging, interior movement, floor preparation, anchoring, and final installation. 
  

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

• Estimated Production Time: Approximately 14–18 weeks.

• Target Delivery: Q2 2027. (Note: Production schedules and target delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed dates).

• Progress Updates: Progress photographs will be provided at the pre-production and pre-shipment stages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, renderings, drawings, specifications, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of BCS Gallery ("BCS"). Upon full payment, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use these materials solely in connection with the commissioned sculpture. Any other use, reproduction, modification, or authorization of third-party use requires BCS's prior written consent.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Bespoke Commission: This is a fully custom, made-to-order commission created exclusively for the Client.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke and custom nature of this commission, all payments are strictly non-refundable upon order placement. This order may not be canceled, withdrawn, amended, or returned, except as expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.

• Purchaser Acceptance: By proceeding to checkout and completing this payment, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to all specifications, pricing, payment terms, production timelines, shipping arrangements, intellectual property provisions, and terms set forth above.
